Other features include 17th century plank floors, oak windows and reinstated Jacobean lead work and glazing. This very unusual property is accessed off a newly built alley, or Ope as they are called in Penryn, from Broad Street, the main street in Penryn which would have been the main merchant’s street of 17th and 18th Century Penryn.

Stylish , quirky and incredibly spacious accommodation which is immaculately clean , warm and with every possible traveller requirement exceeded.
…We had a great stay – the place was immaculate and very welcoming . Personally we loved the history and background to the house and marvelled at the thickness of the walls ! Equally we thought the kitchen was a great space , thoughtfully laid out and the perfect place for a morning cup of tea . Thank you so much for making the house so hospitable .

Lovely house and great location. The double bed is super comfy and the kitchen area is a great space and lovely view of the harbour.
