Houses marked "B&B" provide Bed & Breakfast and are not available for Self-Catering
Booking:
Each booking requires a booking number which should be obtained from us over the phone. After this, four working days are allowed to receive a completed and signed booking form, together with a Bank Transfer or Cheque for the deposit. If it is within eight weeks of the holiday, the full amount is due.
The booking form is acknowledged by Forgotten Houses, who also send directions to the house. Booking forms can be printed from the website.
All bookings are accepted and rents received in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of booking
The Rates
The rent paid is for a period of one week and is for the property, not per person.
All payments should reach us in the full sterling amount due and without deductions for transfer or currency exchange charges.
For houses where the arrival date is a Friday (see below), prices will be those shown in the Tariff table above for the day following - e.g. for an arrival on June 1, the price shown for June 2 will apply.
Weeks marked "**" in the table above are Half-Term weeks.
The rate chart is a guide valid to December 31 2010.
For Littleworth including the New House, this is charged at the "+ New House" rate shown below the basic Littleworth prices if this option is required
· Littleworth New House is not available alone.
Arrival and Departure
The holiday week runs from 3.00pm on the arrival day - usually a Saturday - with departure required by 10.00 am on the day of departure - usually a Saturday - except as may be noted in the details for the houses, including · Barley Crush, Bosvarren House, Coswyn Barn, Grooms (Boconnoc), Harry's Court, Head Grooms (Boconnoc), Littleworth,
Treveddoe and Manorbier Castle, which run from Fridays
Christmas and New Year 2010 are Thursday (December 23 & December 30) changeovers, in all cases.
Extras
There are no booking fees or charges for electricity, oil, gas, fuel or wood (save where noted). There are no meters.
Bed linen, towels, (but not beach towels) and tea towels are supplied at £5.00 per set per person per week.
If you wish pets to come with you, you must notify us. They are normally allowed at £20.00 per week each.
· However, no dogs are allowed at: Tresillian or Littleworth, and at Grooms only by prior arrangement.
