Little Bosvarren is a lovely old stone cottage with lots of interesting features in unspoilt countryside. Bosvarren is a hamlet of five houses up a tree lined drive some four miles from Falmouth. The site has been a collection of farms since the twelfth century and is now a quiet backwater including two Elizabethan farmhouses & a larger Georgian house. All the houses are of granite two feet thick with great lintels and quoins.

Little Bosvarren was a 1990 renovation of a sixteenth century cottage and later stone barn. There is an enormous upstairs sitting room, with wood burning stove, a platformed floor and high ceiling. The slope of the land and the old cobbled ramp allow the first floor direct access to the walled garden. The changing levels provide an interesting, spacious house. The old cottage has rounded corners, a hidden cobbled floor, (now under timber), curious windows and a large kitchen at 'half' level, which also has a door to the garden. The staircase is light and pleasant with massive timber newels. The two bedrooms downstairs each have a big cupboard. The house is in green, quiet and beautiful countryside. It is just over 3 miles from the coast and well placed for the beaches, facilities, restaurants and the activities of the South West, with Falmouth, Helston, the Lizard & the North Coast at St Agnes all within half an hour's drive. A famous pub and riding stables are close by. There are good walks round the farm, and fields right by the house.

Little Bosvarren is spacious and has been well and carefully renovated. Decoration is simple, with plain walls and carpet and inset light fittings. The large kitchen (with built in units, fridge, microwave, electric oven & hob and a breakfast table) is half way up between sitting room and bedrooms. The stair has fine joinery. The very long sitting room is upstairs & has high ceilings & a wood burner. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom also has a wet room style shower in the corner. The utility room has a washing machine, W.C. and basin. All rooms are carpeted (new 2005/6) save the bathroom (terracotta tiles) and kitchen (vinyl 2004).

Two additional collapsible beds may be available for children. Cot and high chair available. Electric heating. BBQ in garden shed. Interesting and enclosed lawned garden. which is walled right round and good for small children. There are plenty of walks around the farm and estate. There is safe private parking. Dogs allowed
