Here are some of the questions we have been asked. Virtually all the information is also mentioned elsewhere on the web site but we hope that you will find having it consolidated here helpful. Or phone us up and ask!

Do you allow pets?

Yes! But we must be notified in advance and there is a surcharge of £20.00 for each pet.

Are there any extra charges?

The only extra charges are for linen and towels (£5.00 a week) and pets. Everything else is inclusive - with the exception of La Sabotier where wood costs £20 per week. No meters and no surcharges are our policy. More pricing information may be found here.

How do I book?

This is explained on our booking page here which also has links to a printable Booking Form and our Terms and Conditions. Basically you phone us up at the numbers on the Contact Us page, and check that the house you want is available. When you have decided on a house and we have confirmed its availability, you tell us and we hold your booking for four working days while we wait for you to send us a cheque with a 30% deposit. The remainder of the fee should then be paid by eight weeks before the beginning of your holiday. Then just turn up and enjoy. We are always on hand to answer any questions.

Where can I get a Booking Form?

You can print out a Booking Form or we can either post or fax you a Booking Form for you to complete and post to us.
